It didnt trigger me that much that I should catch up with currend health trend.but! I tried to weigh myself and i was shocked.
For the past couple of months,my cicik(helper) has been awesomely delivered her task very well.Including cooking nice meal.oh yes,im lucky to have nice dinner everyday.but not lucky ,my metabolisme isnt good enough to maintain my weight. Sad😦

Fyi ,in 10days,i managed to reduce 1.5kg…weeehuuuu…(try to cut rice and dinner ,for my additional task i try to do abs exercise for my stubborn tummy fat)
Anyway,I modify my drink to be more suitable to drink.I soak parsley leaf in hot water then,
1-i add 1tsp honey
3-1 lemon juice
Leave it over a night(i keep it cool in refrigerator),drink it the next morning with empty stomach.
